Learners will learn to become aware of their audiences and purposes for communication. They will be able to adapt their style and language register to the requirements of different situations. They will learn to listen and speak confidently
in both formal and familiar settings. They will be able to articulate their purposes and reasons for the adoption of a particular register and style in any situation. They will learn ways to identify the assumptions and inferences implicit in what people say and how they say it.

This programme teaches trainers to facilitate in an outcomes based manner. Teaches them to plan and prepare for facilitation by understanding how adults learn, to analyse learner’s training needs and to identify and overcome learning barriers. Trainers are also taught to use various facilitation methodologies to ensure outcomes based learning takes place. Once the Trainers are prepared, they are then taught and coached to facilitate.
