Some Frequently Asked Questions
How many people do you have to have to warrant an on-site training session?
We are able to run courses for between 8-25 delegates per session depending on the technicality of the topic. We will consider running course with less than 8 delegates if the course required is not on our public course schedule.
What if we would like to organise training for more than 25 people?
If you would like to train more than 25 people we would break them up into different sessions/streams. i.e. If you have a group of 50 you can break it down into, 5 groups of 10 or 2 groups of 25. This will depend on your requirements and the technicality of the course.
Can we run these courses at our premises?
Yes you can, the idea is to minimize inconvenience for your staff as much as possible, therefore having it in your own boardroom/training facility. Alternatively some of our clients will book an outside venue to minimize work interruptions throughout the day.
Can we run our course in 1 day?
The majority of our courses are between 2 and 5 days in length but depending on the course you wish to have, we can tailor this in order to suit your needs.
When can we run these courses?
We will ask for your choices of dates and as long as our facilitators are available, we will accommodate this. Otherwise we will offer the closest alternative dates.
What is your accreditation status?
IIR Training was awarded provisionally accreditation through the Services Seta and we strive to offer accredited courses where there are Unit Standards available.
What is IIR's BBBEE Status?
IIR is a Multinational company listed on the London Stock Exchange, therefore we do not comply with black-ownership. We are currently working with a BEE Consulting firm to improve our rating.

IIR strives on delivering courses that match with your specific requirements. Therefore we will tailor or develop a course in order to give you the most appropriate performance improvement solution.
